What we collect and why.

• Name and email address, so we can confirm your reservation.
• Mobile number only if you opt in to text reminders.
• Selected session, age group, experience level, and loaner-gi request.
• Guardian name and contact when a participant is ages 13–17.
• Emergency contact and health acknowledgments collected inside the approved waiver system, not on this website.

Registration data is used for check-in, mat safety planning, loaner-gi preparation, and session communication. Marketing email and text reminders are separate, unchecked, optional consents, and you can withdraw either at any time. We do not sell or rent personal information.

• Server-side validated submissions with spam protection and rate limiting.
• Row-level access controls; no anonymous reads or updates.
• Role-restricted, authenticated check-in access for organizers only.
• No personal data in URLs, analytics, logs, or QR codes.

Registration records are retained only as long as needed for safety recordkeeping, insurance, and required waiver documentation, then deleted. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
