Before you give us a size

Member size guide

Sizes are collected in person and orders run in small batches, so we cannot swap after a run closes. Measure once, then tell us the size — not the guess.

Rashguard

Compression cut, four-way stretch. Meant to sit tight with no loose fabric to grip.

Fit notes

Sized by height first, then weight. If your height and weight land in different rows, go with the height row.
Compression fit — it should feel snug on the first wear and loosen slightly after a wash cycle.
Long torso? Size up for coverage; the hem is cut to tuck under shorts and stay put.
Between sizes and you prefer less squeeze under a gi: size up.

How to measure

Chest: around the fullest part, tape level under the arms, arms down.
Waist: at the natural belt line, one finger of slack under the tape.
Height and weight: what you actually walk around at, not your competition weight.

Cost of goods is covered first. Everything left over is directed to charitable giving. No organizer takes a cut, and no one is paid from gear. The gathering itself stays free whether or not you ever buy a shirt.

How do I order?

In person at a gathering. Tell an organizer your sizes and we add you to the next batch. There is no online checkout and no public storefront.

Can someone outside the group buy this?

No. Gear is for men and sons who train with us. There are no outside public sales.

Will you ship it to me?

No. Pickup only at a session at 3 Embers Grappling Academy in McKinney.

Are these final prices?

Listed prices are what we expect to charge on the next run. Apparel and gi patches are not orderable yet — the matte crest sticker and the 3 in × 3 in matte rubber crest patch are the only items you can buy today. If a supplier quote moves a price, we tell you the number before you commit.

Do I have to buy anything to train with us?

Never. The gathering is free and always will be. Gear is optional and it is not a membership.

Where does the money go?
